UTC time expressed only in seconds

I want to take a time stamp, convert it to UTC time and display it only in seconds. Is there a quick way to do this?

Yes depending on exactly what you mean to get Number of seconds since Epoch use

Or if you want seconds elapsed so far today UTC use
