Unable to Activate License

 We bought few licenses for Labview and Some modules. 

We were using the modules untill recently without problems. 
However we had to format our computer earlier last month. 

After the formatting, we re-installed labview and the other modules. 

labView got licenses using the previously used Serial Number. 

However, for specific modules, the licensing tool returns Invalid Serial Number. 

We bought the perpetual license Serial Number with 3 years SSP. 

The SSP has expired, however the Serial Numbers should still allow us to use the modules. 

We need to activate the Modules and Move ahead with the on-going development. 

Kindly Advise on the fix for this.

As an alternative, you would have received the activation codes in your email linked with the account, you can use them to activate the products since the computer is the same.

BTW, it is not good to post your serial number in the public.
