Unable to Change NI Scan Engine mode

Hello, Everyone
I am Facing an error in changing the mode of NI 
Scan Engine.
I am connecting Crio 9046 as a controller and NI 9145 (4 chassis)
as a Slave in daisy Chain format.

Sharing the SS.
I have check all my ethercat connections (IN and Out), Disabled all Firewall Settings.
Kindly help me out in solving an error.
