Unable to call functions from niHSDIO_64.dll

Hi community, I have a PXI-6542 digital I/O card in my setup. It worked fine with its LabVIEW driver until recently I rebooted my computer. The program would refuse to launch and spit out error message shown in the attached picture. No program change was made at all.

My institute's firewall policy won't allow me to send out the error report, so I included it in the attachment. Can someone please help me with this?
