I'm having trouble compiling an FPGA program via the FPGA Cloud Compile Service. The exact error is:
An error occurred attempting to connect to this compile service.
(0x58BF3) LabVIEW could not verify the authenticity of the server.
I've been able to do this previously (though probably over a year ago) and can do it when not on my company network, so I'm pretty confident the problem is on my end. Either a proxy issue or something with the SSL inspection IT rolled out a little while ago. Is there any way to find out more detail about what went wrong? I am working with my IT department, but they don't know anything about LabVIEW or FPGAs, so the more information I can give them, the better.
It's an old cRIO, so I'm in LabVIEW 2019 SP2.

Hi eaolson,
Did you see this post with similar issue?

No, I had not (and I did search first, I swear). I just tried adding what I think are the right certs to Program Files/National Instruments/Shared/nicurl/ca-bundle.crt and the Program Files (x86) version, but there was no change.

okok, I just shared something that seemed useful to see if that helps you until someone chimes in with a solution.
