Unable to connect to Remote Desktop for Debugging

Hi,

I am trying to debug an application for which I am hoping to connect to a remote desktop which is connected to a public wifi. I can debug the same executable on my development computer or on another computer if I am connected to it over a LAN network.

So far, I have followed the step and instructions provided in the link1 and link 2 . Link 1) Configure settings during application build. Link2) Open port 3580 on the target PC, allow NI Service Locator and Navigating to http://localhost:3580/dumpinfo? in a browser on target PC.

Do I need to enter more than just the IP number of the remote computer?

I am extremely confident on my abilities that I am missing something silly but not sure what.

Please let me know if additional information is needed.
