Unable to connect to a device

Hi. I am very new to LabVIEW and I am currently trying to interface a potentiostat, using a code example the manufacturer provided. When I search for my device, there are 12 devices available, but I seem to be unable to connect to any of them. The manufacturer's software seems to be able to connect to the device with no problem, so the connection seems to be working. See the attached error message after trying to connect and the program that I am using. Any suggestion on how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
