Hi,
I have installed labVIEW 2022 Q3 onto the onto a host computer that should have no access to the internet/ ethernet, meaning all installations would have to happen offline. I think that the cRIO-9047 chassis is running the Linux RT System Image 2022 Q4, but since installing LabVIEW 2022 Q3 I am unable to see on MAX what firmware is installed. below I attached the images showing the issues I am currently facing, and I will also link a previous forum post I made showing the previous iterations of LabVIEW installations done. I am currently having problems trying to deploy my code onto the cRIO-9047 and get the following error as seen in the images below. I am unsure how to proceed from here, so any advice is welcome.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jayremiah

I'm not sure I understand your problem. I can see in the pictures the firmware version, the software installed, etc. The only error I see is about the different versions of LabVIEW.

You need to reinstall the software package on your RIO.
You way too many different version of the software installed on the RIO.
Remove all software on the RIO and install the 22.5 versions.
Currently the LabVIEW Real-time version on the RIO is 2021.

Hi dkfire,
Thanks for your input, how would I go about removing all the software on the RIO and installing the new software that I need? Are there any resources available that can guide me through this process? I'm also a little confused as to why you are telling me to install 22.5 versions, is this the version that is compatible with labVIEW 2022 Q3 or is it for another reason.

That is 2022Q3.
For installing the software on the RIO, these links might help you:

The links in the previous reply are great! Generally what I do is format the cRIO's disk in NI MAX, and then install the software. It's mostly self-guided, NI MAX will pick the components that are needed, you may want to check or uncheck some. Keep in mind that you have to have the appropriate versions already installed on your host computer - NI MAX will first try to get them from there.
