Unable to download LabVIEW reference manual

I recently downloaded, installed and activated LabVIEW Community Edition (V2022 Q3). I also downloaded the User Manual, but I'm unable to download the Reference Manual. I've tried several times, using both Chrome and Firefox, but I just get a message saying "Your PDF is being generated. Please leave this browser open until your PDF has downloaded.". I waited half an hour or more, but nothing ever happens. Does anybody have any idea what the problem might be? And why does it have to be "generated" in the first place? I"m trying to download the English version. And as I said, I was able to download the User Manual with Chrome without any problem, although it did take a few minutes for it to be "generated".

Same thing is happening to me. Every time I go to ni.com now I see this ghost of a PDF generation event that never culminates in an actual PDF.

If you can, make sure to report the PDF download problem through the feedback mechanism on the page. I know I've heard of other people having the same issue before.
