Unable to download NI-VISA. Logged in, account confirmed, but button still reads "Log in to download"

I have confirmed the account and see that I am logged in at the top of the download page. I have no adblockers or cookie restrictions etc. on chrome. When the page is first loading I do see the proper download button, but greyed out during page loading. Once loaded it switches to "log in to download". Clicking it just reloads the NI VISA download page.

Am I missing something obvious, or is the site glitchy at the moment?

same here. "My Products" page also shows nothing. I rarely look at it, so I don't know how long it's been like this.

I have the same problem with trying to download the labview community 2025 edition. The download link switches to signin to download and I am already signed in. They must have a security glitch on the server or something stupid.

NI IT has been informed of the issue.

The download glitch should have been resolved by now.
