Unable to find and add simulated cRIO devices LabVIEW 2019

Solved!

Hello everyone,

I need to add a simulated cRIO device on a labview project, but when i try to add new target and devices i don't have the option to select one, as shown in the attached pictures. I have installed:

-Labview 2019 (32 and 64 bit)

-Labview FPGA module

-LAbview Real TIme module

-NI compactRIO drivers 19.0

-DAQmx

I have already tried to repair first and then uninstall and re-install the compactRIO drivers but that didn't solve the issue. Any ideas of what could cause the problem and how to solve?

I write an update: it seems that the problem is solved. After some tries of uninstalling and re-installing the FPGA module, Real -Time module and NI compactRIO drivers without any success, i proceeded to unistall only the 64 bit version of LabVIEW software, leaving the 32 bit version of the software with the corresponding 32 bit versions of FPGA and Real-Time modules, compactRIO drivers. After a reboot, it seems working.
