Unable to generate activation code for transferring licence of labview addons to another computer

Hi,

I am trying to transfer Labview from one computer to another. I was able to generate activation code for Labview Development System. But I am not able to generate the same for addons i.e report generation toolkit MS office and Application builder. Is there any way I can mail NI staff and get it sorted out?
