Unable to get tkds30xx drivers to work

I downloaded the tkds30xx drivers for my tektronix ocilliscope from the NI website. None of them will run and they all give errors that say:
Call Library Function: function not found in library.
Is this due to a bad *.dll file?
If so, how can I get a new one?

I believe that this is an IVI driver. Have you also installed the IVI engine and do you have the correct VISA version? You don't mention which version of LabVIEW you're using either. I see that on the download site there are separate versions for LabVIEW 6.0 and 6.1 and I would make sure that you've got the correct one.
