I have LabVIEW 6.1 and LabVIEW DSC 6.1 on PC A and PC B. When I do a "OPC Server Browser" on PC A, I can see the National Instruments.OPCDemo but when I double click on it I get the message "Unable to connect to OPC Server National Instruments.OPCDemo". Access denied. Same result when trying to connect with another OPC client. Oddly enough if I go to PC B which is logged into the same domain as PC A (with same username and password), PC B can browse and access flawlessly all items of the NI OPC server that sits on PC A. Other OPC servers running on PC A are accessible with a client running on PC A; it is just the NI OPC server that is not accessible from the PC itself. DCOMCNFG is the same on both PCs. On the o
ther hand an OPC client of PC B can connect to the NI OPC server running on PC B.
Has anyone got some thoughts?
