Unable to update to Labview 2019 SP1

Solved!
Go to solution

I have Labview 2019 installed on my PC and when I go to the NI Package Manager or the NI Update Service it tells me my SW is all up-to-date when is not. I need to use Labview 2019 SP1 for a project and the only way I have been able to get it is by going to the Labview Download website and choosing it manually. Is this normal procedure or is there a problem with my Package Manager/Update Service?

Attached the pcitures of the versions I I have for the 32 and 64 it versions of Labview 2019

I believe Service Packs are considered a new version, that is why they do not appear in the update mechanism.

Why do you need that version, specifically?  I believe a base version and the service pack should be compatible?  You should be able to open LV 2019 SP1 VIs in LV 2019.

Yeah I think so too. Using LabVIEW 2019 SP1 is one of our customer's requirements.

Thanks for the clarification everyone!
