Unregister for Events not working for Value Change

Unregister for Events does not seem to stop the Value Change event from firing. 

I've attached a modified example that disables mouse enter and leave events to include the Value Change event.

You're using the standard event, not the dynamic one (note that the boolean doesn't have the <>).
