Unsuccessful build in labview 8.0

I've been using Labview 8.0 for about 2 weeks now without too many problems. I created an application and installer using the new Project builder without a problem. Now I am getting unsuccessful builds when I try to build the same application. No change whatsoever in the build settings and files. This is happening to all my applications now. Not just a project specific issue. I did what any wise LabVIEW programmer would do which was mass compile the vi.lib (that didn't fix it) and reinstalled labview 8.0. (Still no good) Here is what the Build error spit out.

Possible:

The following file(s) are not found on the system:
C:\Documents and Settings\John Tierney.WIND\My Documents\Process Models\CDS-CMAP\Application\CDS-CMAP v5.0.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\John Tierney.WIND\My Documents\Process Models\CDS-CMAP\Application\CDS-CMAP v5.0.aliases
C:\Documents and Settings\John Tierney.WIND\My Documents\Process Models\CDS-CMAP\Application\CDS-CMAP v5.0.ini

(This is the application, alias and ini file I was trying to build)

and:

Details:

Visit the Request Support page at ni.com/ask to learn more about resolving this problem. Use the following information as a reference:

CDK_Build_Invoke.vi.ProxyCaller >> CDK_Build_Invoke.vi >> CDK_Engine_Main.vi >> CDK_Engine_PreBuild.vi >> CDK_Engine_FileExists.vi

Any ideas on what to do. This is a time critical problem. I have a number of engineers waiting on these new builds. I don't know how much longer I can hold them off.

Thanks
Dr. John Tierney

Are you trying to include additional installers in your build??  I know that when I tried to build an application that had the NIDAQmx installer built in, it would give me the same errors.  Now, this did not kill all my builds as it seems to have done for you.  I would try maybe saving the build to a new directory, and if you have any additional installers (maybe other than the runtime engine) you might want to try removing them one by one.
