Upgrade form 3.11 to Current

Just seeing if there are any issues with upgrading a home grown test executive writting in LV 3.11 to the current LV version.  I exclude drivers of course, since we will be replacing old hardware with new (new PC, new IO boards, etc) , but we have a lot of executive level logic (as well as various compensation algorithms, etc) we would like to port over.  Can the latest version simply read in and convert the old 3.11 code?
