Hello everyone,
I was wondering whether labview can work with windows 11 properly, if yes, what are the specifications windows 11 should fulfil to handle labview?.

Here's the compatibility table. As you can see, there are no versions of LabVIEW that are compatible with Win11. That being said, versions compatible with Win10 probably will work fine, you just won't find official support for it if it doesn't.

I would expect support in LabVIEW 2022:

You just have to understand that Windows 11 just released on 21 Oct 2021. This is after every major released version of LabVIEW.
Now, I strongly believe that NI has made every effort to test its internal development projects with pre-release versions of Operating systems but, there is no way they can guarantee forward compatibility. Microsoft has a good history of backward compatibility but, makes no warranty there either.
So, you can try It! Most likely you will not run into problems. BUT, it's all on YOU to run regression testing on your code for validation that your code behaves acceptably. Moreover, if you do run into a showstopping performance change (bug) expect no service from Microsoft or NI! They'd be happy to get details from you though.

Having just upgraded my laptop to Windows11 I will find out this weekend when I install the LV 20211 sp1 Community Edition.
Honestly Windows 11 only looks like cosmetic changes, but I am sure there were several changes "under the hood" as a TPM 2.0 module is required. But the Windows 10 to 11 upgrade download was smaller and process was very fast compared to Windows 10.

I have installed LV2020 on Windows 11, and it works fine.

Meaning the installer ran and you have not observed any bad behavior (or not yet)

Yes, exactly.
