Urgent: communication with USB interface oscilliscope Tektronix TDS 2014B

Changed code from a GPIB oscilliscope interface to a USB interface (Tektronix TDS2014B) and now the code won't work. The VI is not triggering the scope. I checked the USB address in VISA Interactive control and it matches the block diagram. I'm getting this error:

VISA Write in Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 Series.lvlib:Error Query.vi->Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000
Series.lvlib:Close.vi->Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 Series.lvlib:Initialize.vi

That's just part of the message. What is the actual error code? And what do you mean "it matches the block diagram". There is nothing on the block diagram. Do you mean the VISA Resource Name on the front panel? If so, did you select the resource from the list when you click on it's little down arrow?

Disregard this post I left my account signed in and a grad student decided to ask a question in my name. The oscilloscope simply needed a reboot.
