User menus don't work under WinXP and Win98

I have an application that I wrote under Win2000 that uses menus. The program works fine in that environment. The problems arise when I transfer this code to a WinXP or Win98 machine. On those machines the menus don't work. You can select an item but the routine responsible for reading menu selections never sees the selection.

Code was developed in V6.0.2 and is being run in the same version.

Any ideas anyone?

I have written user menus under WIN98 platform and did not have to large of a problem?
Could you attach you code or I could send you a version of what I did if you would like.

There are some menu examples that ship with LabVIEW. The first step I would take is to try them out on the other two operating systems.
