Some questions to narrow down the cause of the issue:
- What is the difference between these two computers?
- Are they both the same make and model?
- Which of these two is having trouble?
- What is the packet size threshold at which communication fails on one computer?
- What error message are you seeing, and where and when are you seeing it?
