Sorry I coundn't reply immediately. I took a long vacation. ^^
Anyway, attached is a poor attempt of my work so far.
Basically, I used the Advanced Sweep vi. It outputs the currents in Amperes as matrix. All I did was get the the voltage points it inputs, and graph it with the resulting current.
It's pretty slow since the pulse width and pulse period needs to be configured as well. (Usually I set them in a really long time).
It's pretty hard for me since there are no instruction manual of the vi for the KEithley 26xx series. I tried copying some examples from previous posters, but I've had no luck so far. I'm still trying to figure out how this VISA works...
