I'm completely new to National Instruments software and the Measurement
and Automation Explorere (MAX), Labview, and NI-IMAQ software so
anything anyone could suggest would likely be helpful. I noticed that
the MAX software has a "Grab" feature that continuously acquires images
from the camera I have hooked up. Is there some way to acquire these
images as a series of still images? I see that one could write their
own program to do this in NI-IMAQ and Microsoft Visual C. Having looked
over the refrence materials supplied with the PCI-1411 board and NI-IMAQ
software, I believe I could accomplish this. However, I'm looking for a
much quicker and simpler way to do this. The Labview program seems like
it may be capable of d
oing this, however, I've found the Labview program
completely confusing. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
