I have the following questions:
1. If "Measure when" property is set to "Automatically after Source complete" does the SMU take measurement on all the initialized Channels?
2. If the "Measure Record Length" is set to a value greater than 1, then does it mean that "A series of measurements get recorded" in the SMU Buffer, so that we can use Fetch Multiple VI to read all the data?
3. Where in the data sheet can I find the the time taken for the SMU to source a voltage level?
