Using Rotronic HygroFlex w/ Labview

Does anyone have any experience with Rotronic's HygroFlex Humidity Sensors?  I am trying to program this in Labview, but cannot seem to get commands to work. I have opened a Visa Session with the device, and have the correct visa resource name, but i keep getting garbage back on reads.

I don't have any experience with the HygroFlex in particular, but do note that some HydroFlex sensors (including this one) communicate at 4800 Baud, 8N1. This is differs from the default 9600 Baud 8N1, and would explain the garbage data.

Try checking to make sure that the matching settings are configured with Visa.
