Using labview with Agilent 82350A GPIB card

I have a question regarding my Agilent E2078A/82350A GPIB card with Labview. I used the card as the interface between my oscilloscope and PC. My intention is to use the data observed from the oscilloscope and program it in Labview  . The card was not detected in Max then I could not poceed with the programming. Is there any way to configure the Labview so it can detect and get the data from Agilent GPIB card? I found some reference links here which relate to my problem but they are all broken.

You need to enable tulip support in MAX. I believe that Agilent has complete instructions as well.
