The graph is suppose to plot the results that i have got on the ailgent when i key in the data when i set my start and stop and when i measure my wafer. it is just suppose to plot whatever that is on my agilent.
I'll point you to my first response in this thread. The driver has an example that retrieves the trace data and displays that on a graph. If this is not sufficient, what else do you want to display?
