Today we are tapping into the power of the Picture Control, often seen as the last resort when you need some fancy control or polar plot. The VI for today is "Draw Multiple Lines.vi". When I gave the example for Re/Im to Complex, I threw a picture on there using the Draw Multiple Lines VI to connect the points in a filled polygon. I had no idea what to expect, both from the math and the polygon filling procedure used by this VI. I was very impressed on both counts so I made another example to play around with (I mean systematically explore) the capabilities. In fact here are two examples, the second one is a VI I use to create regular polygons.
VIOTD groundrules are here.
Note: Until now I have been using a very old LV version. When possible (ie. not recursion), which LV version should I use for posting examples? Today I chose LV8.6, let me know if you'd prefer something else.

Thanks Darin!
As shown in my Picture Control Thread, I am a fan of the Picture Control and the Draw multple...
So Q to others....
It is called a Picture Control but is most often used as an indicator. I'd like to hear stories of it being used as a Control.

I remembered this link popping up in a discussion of 2-axis controls.

Might as well empty my harddrive, here is another use for the Draw Multiple Lines VI. As for making it a control, I have had a few ideas about making this one "interactive" and I am sure a few others might as well.
