VI to VI networking problem

Hi Mutee,

      I suspect the non-keyboard characters are coming fom the Slave's "Write to binary file" - there's an unwired input "prepend array or string-size" that defaults to "True" - so would add four extra bytes!

Pack/Unpack just builds or unpacks the filename/filedata string.
