VI to communicate controller with NIcDAQ-9174 using Modbus TCP protocol

I am new to Labview so please help me in creating VI which can communicate with my PLC over MODBUS TCP.

I have NIcDAQ -9174 compac DIQ. thanks in advance.

Start by downloading the NI Modbus library though VI Package Manager.  The oldest library is also here and I find it works well.

Then look at the examples that are provided.  You will probably base your off the Modbus TCP Master example.
