VISA Resource Name causes error

If I place a "VISA resource name" control on a panel, then exit labVIEW without saving the program, I get an error: The instruction at "0x64480386" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".

Any idea what is wrong?

What versions of LabVIEW and VISA are you using? What operating system are you running?

LabVIEW 7.0.
NI VISA 3.0.1 (Interresting, when I brought up VISA Interactive Control to find the rev number and closed it I get this same error)
Agilent VISA M.01.01.04 is installed in the side-by-side mode as a secondary VISA.
OS Windows XP (with the recently installed Service Pack 2)

Try upgrading to the latest version of NI-VISA 3.2.
