VISA Write sends continuously

NI-VISA is included with the driver dvd. And, if you had simply wired up an error indicator, you would have getten a message that NI-VISA was not installed.

I probed the error as stated a couple pages back... the code was -1073807298 and a search didn't give any indication that there were missing packages, just a general I/O error.

If the VISA driver package is on the driver disk, my suggestion for the NI devs would be to add it to the install queue if the VISA functions are being installed.
