Hi!
I have been trying to communicate a Tektronix 3000B Oscilloscope with the computer but VISA write is sending an error message: "Error 1073807239, the protocol specified is invalid"; I have tried to use the Measurement and Automation Explorer but the same error message appears on screen. The configuration I'm using is a LAN hub as the equipment doesn't have a communications module; everything was set up as the tutorial "Configuring a Tektronix Oscilloscope for Cross-over Ethernet" indicated but I have been unsuccessful.
I can read the oscilloscope on the computer screen when the I.P. address is typed on the standard browser but I can't use any of the control functions.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be very much appreciated.
