Very Strange Problem: tab command not send on run time engine

I am writing a vi to control a windows application, I need to BROWS to a folder on Folder Selection Menu. My vi send a command such as C:\MyDir\MySubDir to the application's folder enterring field, and followed by a "Tab" command.  Then the files in this folder should populate a list box in the application.  This worked on my Development station with LV8.2, but not working on the test station where LV Run Time Engine was installed.  Both PC have windows XP and service pack 2.   Does any one can guess what problem I may have?  Thanks in advance. -Bryan
