To build confidence in your measurement analysis (and choice of VIs), consider testing your integration with a simulated signal where you control the frequency and amplitude. For a tone, you can compute the expected integrated amplitude (1/2*pi*f) and verify the output of the SVT integration function. Then, you can use that function on acquired signals with greater confidence.

P.S. make sure to allow time for the integration filter to settle before making decisions based on the integrated signal level.
