It really depends on your application, as far as what sort of quality/zoom is required to capture the bubbles you are hoping to record. We have used a couple of different Sony cameras (most commonly the SSC-DC174) but I doubt our applications require as much quality and/or zoom capabilities as yours. I know we have also used the Sony SNC RZ25N Network camera which is considerably more expensive but you can control the zoom/angle via a web interface and then record the MPEG stream in LabVIEW using the Sensoray card.
In the end it really just depends on what exactly you need it to do, and since I am no expert on cameras I would suggest just doing a lot of research on what options you have (there are a lot!).
