Visa ErrorCode: 0xBFFF0015 (-1073807339)

Hello community !

I'm dealing with a VISA read error: Visa ErrorCode: 0xBFFF0015 (-1073807339).
I'm trying to read a rise time on my Agilent osciloscope MSO6104A connected trhough GPIB. I increase the timeout but nothing change.
