Visa - Event handling vis

Hi

I recently added in some event handling vis into my serial comms from the visa advanced palette. In particular i was looking for linefeeds, before reading back. It was working very well for me, improved performance over the delay i had previously. However. After exactly 1hr testing, i get a random  ‘error’ prompt that says ‘not enough memory to complete this operation’

Any idea why this might be happening? I’ve tried this twice now, both times I get this message after 1hour elapses.

My system has 12GB RAM, 6 core Xeon processor. Its a very capable machine.

Its ok, i managed to rule the event handlers out! back to the drawing board
