I did a quick search for manuals and specifications of the ZT230.

 

It seems like it has a regular serial/RS-232 port, so just use that instead.

 

It also seems to have CUPS support, so you could just slap an RPI on there and kick the problem up to devops.

 

Really, the documentation and support for that printer seems quite extensive. I'm sure there is a solution for Win10 in there. It looks like going with the USB RAW mode is needlessly painful.
