I want to use color matching algorithm however I have some problem. I create a Template Image that orange differential indicator with repair key from my reference image and try to color match to other icons. However, for two different colors, I get similar matching score for the yellow ECO icon Color Match give me 864 points and for the orange differential indicator without repair key Color Match give me 884 points. I think the problem is the back ground color. From the spectrum black color is the major color for the icons. And I think black misguides the matching. How can I eliminate black color? Or how can I replace black to transparent?
