Vivado 2013.4 compilation error

Hi every one,

I am using Labview 2014. In the project, I have FPGA file for NI MyRIO 1900 (which is connected through Wifi). I am trying to compile it through Vivado 2013.4. But every time I get this message at the Generating Xilinx IP step:

########################################################################

LabVIEW FPGA:  Some of the compilation steps were not executed.
Refer to the Xilinx Log report for more information or contact National Instruments technical support at ni.com/support.

#######################################################################

I tried different computers with the same software, but the same problem.

Thanks for your help

What is your operating system?  Hopefully not Windows 8.x or 10.

It is Win 10, but I tried also on another computer with Win 7 and I got the same problem. Could you please send me a link similar to the one you supported but for Labview 2014 and if you can direct me to the solution from your expertise. I should tell that previously, 6 months before, It was working well on the same operating system before I format it and reinstall it. Thanks

Hello,

I have found similar thread that addresses this issue only with LabVIEW 2015 with vivado 2014.4.  Here is the link.  Reinstalling the LabVIEW 2015 FPGA Module Xilinx Tools Vivado 2014.4 worked for them. So I would suggest reinstalling the LabVIEW 2014 FPGA Module Xilinx Tools Vivado 2013.4. You can download it from NI.com here.  Hope this helps!

I agree, sounds like something in the order of installation or repairing the installations.

Thanks for your reply,

I tried to reinstall Labview 2014 and imply the installation of Vivado 2013.4 meanwhile it. BUT also I could't solve the problem. I tried to install Vivado 2013.4 separately (different order) but also didnt work. I tried to do the same on different computers but with the same result.

Are you using the Vivado from NI's website or Xilinx's?

You are supposed to use NI's.
