Hi riah,

the "Speechdetection Final" VI can be used on a myRIO after you replace the AcquireSound ExpressVI, it's the only function I found being not compatible with RIO.

When you are able to get similar sound data from your Arduino then you can use this VI on your PC as well. But then you could also use the sound input of the PC…
