'Wait For Front Panel Activity' - Timeout?

The Wait For Front Panel Activity function has no output to say whether it timed out or detected front panel activity. Is there a way to output a boolean true if the function times out as opposed to detecting FP activity?

If not, are there another functions I could cobble together to create a work-around?
