I installed the driver from the exe on a win 7 machine and had no issues with 2011 or 2014.  I do not have a F4 connected, but I was able to run the included Vi's.

I have windows 10. Dint know that is the issue but i will try it on a win 7 see if i gey better results

i have installed this driver on a win 7 machine and it works flawless. On windows 10 I have the issue as described. has anyone solved this in windows 10?

Look into compatibility mode for Win 10, it might help.
