Waveform Chart 2nd Y axis does not display after chart history length has expired

I am using a waveform chart setup with a dual Y axis. My chart history length is 1024. After the number of data points exceeds the chart history length, the values only on the second axis do not update. I have probed the data to make sure it is not not a data issue, the data is there, it is just no longer visually updating on the chart. please see the chart below, the solid red line is using the 1st (left) Y-Axis, and the dotted orange line is using the second (right) Y-Axis.  Any Ideas on how to fix this? I am using LabVIEW 2020.
