Waveform Graph Cursor Legend button distorted

Attempted to design a front panel that resized for different monitors using "‘Scale all objects on front panel as window resizes" but gave up on this approach.   However, in the process, the cursor legend button for our Waveform Graphs became distorted, and nothing we do brings it back:

Any ideas how this can be restored to a professional-looking control?

I've had that happen too.  It happens to me if I try to use the cursor to in edit mode on data there after I stop a VI.  It is a subtle difference in mouse position between a click that activates the cursors button, and one that drags the boundaries of its shape.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any way of fixing it.  Other than deleting the graph and dropping a new one.  Hopefully not breaking anything like property nodes.
