Web Browser ActiveX, property and invoke

Hello all,

I'm using MS' web browser ActiveX control to view info off the web.
My problem: I would like to read the a word being under the cursor an internet page at present time, and during mouse movement. I have one idea, but it the ugly way, I can simulate a PrintScreen click using the API functions and then use the Application class GetClipboardImage method and then OCR it (using functions Vision Development Module) and search string.

I do not find any methods and properties on page MSDN, that could use...

Does someone know how to do this it easier and better??

I am not aware of a property that would allow you to do this.  I will keep looking and be sure to post any ideas I may have.
