Hello friends, I am unterested in measuring water flow from a pipe crossing a gauge calling rotameter using a webcam and the pattern matching tecnique The rotameter uses a meniscus that showing the flow fluid. How would you do to measure the flow with the pattern matching tecnique?. Do you have other ideas? The rotameter is in the attached file
