Weird Read/Create File Function Block Error

Dear Folks,

I need to / have to -> / tried to use Open/ Create/Replace File block to open / scan a .txt file that I synchronized through IE6.0 in the directory:

C:\Documents and Settings\TT\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

I was given an error:

"You may not select an existing directory"

by Open/Create/Replace File function block. I tried to copy that file to other directories and it works just fine!

Can someone help me out here?

Could you please send a screenshot of your input configuration to the Open/Create/Replace File VI? Read the detailed help for the VI before using it. Everything works well on my end. What exact steps should I follow to duplicate your problem? What version of LabVIEW are you using?
